PLAYING- Either 16 in a starting row or 22 in a row for 1 player vs. 1 player. I will need some feedback on how close and/or on how to use a four player 16 x 22 space game/chessboard. Each character has three moves, meaning attacking from character to character is head to head unless it is said differently. At the start of each round, a die or dice is rolled to find out how many characters move this turn. I used a twenty sided die on the other game/chessboard because there was only twenty spaces in the starting row. As the quest you can decide what we should do. After the dice are thrown and the amount of characters are determined, we wait until there is a head to head battle. One at a time we face each other. The attacking player starts for example one space away from the defending one and moves one spot towards, turns into attack position(tapped), and may attack once. Gives a total of three moves. If for example, you already had a turn like that one, and still are tapped, without moving that character, if it is chosen, it can attack three times. Each battle is determined with the highest six and six sided dice roll. Then after the first character moves or attacks the round by round die is reduced by one. So lets say you roll ten characters, batman moves three spaces or attacks, loses 2 out of 3 on the scoring roll, your down to nine more to go.
After a character has fought or found a way to queen itself, mana typically is back on the support row. A perfect example on how mana is good is when the round by round die has been used up or if you want a more upfront style(mana has to be used before the dice is exhausted) can be used to grant another space or spaces or even a variety of attacks. One tap of a mana card will give one character one space or move. Two tapped mana cards can give either one character two moves or two players one move. Three tapped mana cards give a character three moves, two players 1 or 2 moves, and three players one move, up to ten mana cards. Many of the mana cards also have certain bonuses on the face of them and can be used. Four turns on four mana cards as a group and not being used for anything else means that one teleporter can be placed in the front or starting row. If you have done exactly that, with more mana cards untouched, then the untouched cards are still in play. Five mana cards can produce one engineer to be placed in the starting row with one land mine style support card underneath. When all mana is tapped at one time, five cards are placed anywhere on the table)except characters always in the staring row). After all mana is tapped, then an opponents turn, a untapping of all mana, an opponents turn, and then another tapping of all mana spotted with a miniature in the support row, you have now gained a support card in the support row. Maximum of 3, if it requires other mana to use, it does. Any Questions? |
